We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
  • Other Cities: Delivery available to most cities and towns
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer and additional charges may apply

2. Processing Time

Order processing times:

  • Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours
  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Packaging: Same day as processing
  • Dispatch: Next business day after packaging

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes by location:

  • Big Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 1-2 business days
  • Other Major Cities: 3 working days
  • Smaller Cities/Towns: 4-7 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges:

5. Delivery Process

  4. Delivery attempt is made at provided address
  5. Customer receives package and confirmation

  • Second Attempt: Next business day if first attempt fails
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt before return to sender

7. Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery, please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID for package collection

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails:

  • Package will be returned to our warehouse
  • Customer will be contacted for new delivery arrangement
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Package will be held for 7 days before return
