  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery (mind change not applicable)
  • Product has manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Wrong product was shipped due to our error

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Mind change or change of preference
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Custom or personalized items

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us in original packaging
  5. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

  • JazzCash: Refund to original JazzCash account
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to original bank account

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 2-3 additional business days

  • Customer Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
